If you just have a few questions, you could ask a hair stylist. But if you were thinking about it for a career choice, you could always go to Cosmetology school.

you could go to a sulon and ask or you could ask someone who dyes their hair a lot like my grandma( twice a month) lol/ good luck

you can talk to a styalist, or mabe even go to a hair color store.. they should be able to teach you help you out
