just ask round your neiborhood tell your parents to tell there friends or people at there work. that’s what I did =] good luck

Try to check from your neighborhood and or local community, if there are any available baby sitting job for you. The advantage when your baby sitting job is nearby is that your neighbors knew you and they would trust you even if you are still a minor. Check also your state policy regarding baby sitting jobs. I believe some are asking for a permit to allow you to work since you are still a minor.
