Where do girls get cramps?

Where do girls get cramps before she starts her period.because I get cramps all over in my back my fingers feet legs my abdomen -_- I get head aches …I get the cramps easily. Is this normal?

I am 26 years old and I still get terrible pains. My back hurts, lower abdomal, my legs, and toes, then I throw up due to the pain and usually it goes away. I get cramps the first or 2 and day of my period. Guess its part of being a women.

Well for me example. Ill get cramps lower back and tummy. However my legs and feet feel very weak and jellyfied. Hope that helps
