Anyhow, yr.no is a Norwegian satellite-.based service with forecasts for some 7 million places all over the glober. Best place to start is at http://www.yr.no/english/1.2025949

Also good are the BBC service http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/

and the wunderground sites - start with www.wunderground.com/global/
