Where can I get my dog's toenails clipped?

I have a basset and her toenails are very long. She’s constantly licking her toes these days. We had her at the doggy parlour the other day, but it seems that they only clipped the toenail that looked the worst of the lot.

So I want to ask where else can I get my dogs toenails clipped?

AND is it normal for bassets to have such long toenails? Our Alsatian doesn’t seem to have a issue with his growing long.

I don’t want to clip them myself. I could hurt her. But thanks for all the answers guys.

I dont know if its normal for bassets to have long nails but its normally the vets for a clip isnt it :S
