When you get your nose done ..?

okay well I might be getting my nose pierced. but there are some questions I need to know ..

  1. what do they do it with?
  2. do they numb it?
  3. does it hurt if they don’t numb it?
  4. which side shall I get it done on? bc my lip is on the right.

The use two tools to pierce your nose: one goes inside and it’s a tube like medal thing. (this goes in your nose and has a little bit of a curve to it. They use it so when the needle goes through your nose it doesn’t go to far and hits the inside of your inner nose). The second tool is of course a needle. Most people will tear up when they get their nose done, but I didn’t and I actually didn’t even feel it much. Felt like a little pinch. When they count to three take a deep breath and blow out fairly hard while the needle is going in, and you won’t feel much. The inhales and exhales confuses your body and it will be over before you know it. Most places do not numb it. I would advise you to not have it numbed. If they do the numbing sensation will last about 30 mins afterward. (Totally not worth it). It’s over so fast, you will forget in tiny bit of pain within a min. My lip is pierced on the left side and I got my nose done on the right. I personally think they look terrible if they are both on the same side. Make sure after you get it done to clean it with salt water 2 times a day, for 4-6 weeks. Good luck! :)

they dont numb it. doesnt hurt. get it were you want it. but, I have my monroe on my right side(aka madonna haha) and my nose is on the left. I personally like it on opposite sides.

I was wanting my lip done, and my nose and I plan on the right side of my lip and left for my nose…I dont think the same side looks good lol I like it balanced out/symmetrical…that makes no sense but you know what I mean haha

Oh and before you get it done make sure you don’t have to many blackheads or breakouts on your nose. They can lead to infection. Just clean your face really good for three days before you go and get it done…

some times they numb it if you ask but if you dont get it numbed it dosent hurt. I got it done when I was 12. the have a HUGE pin and they stick it through your nose and then they put a nose ring in it… and I don’t know what side you should get done I have snake bits and I got mine done on the right side.
