I met a guy just recently, and we have been having good conversations. He tells me he likes me and that my personality is really cool. Since I am international he thinks that when my accent pops out its really cute. The problem I have is that I am VERY insecure of myself. I am not a supermodel and am scared if that is what he is expecting of me. (BTW we have not met in person yet) and it is scaring me to meet him. He is always asking for a picture of me and I sent him one last night. But I didn't feel comfortable at all sending him that because I thought that he was trying to "measure me up" first so he can decide whether or not to meet up with me. (I don't know it's kinda weird the way I think about this things...maybe it is all in my head) I am very negative when it comes to guys, and I don't really know what is wrong with me. I mean, I believe every single guy is a douche bag and that they will not even try to get to know me because I am not this perfect girl with the perfect body.
Please I need help with this and please, don't be mean or rude.

I can relate to your problem at some point as I've been in the same situation a few times.
It kinda sounds to me like he is forcing something on between you, n' I'd suggest you'd take it a bit more slow in your own pace untill you feel more secure about him. You said you've just met him recently, but over the internet you got to be careful nonetheless.
I'd wait a very good while about meeting him if I were you, specially cause you feel scared to meet him.
I gotta be honest with you n' say I wouldn't have sended him the photo, cause he asked for it several times. It seems a bit desperate, and when you didn't feel comfortable about it either, you should have told him that. If you had already, then I'd suggest you listen to your own feelings in the future when you're uncomfortable about something he asks of you.
It's not weird at all that you think that way... it's perfectly normal, and it's a way of thinking you should listen to.
But as hiyall1 said... not every guy is a douche bag, so if he is one, then just look around some more... am sure there are many guys who'd wanna get to know you.
I am sorry if it sounded judging or rude in any way... but I hope at least you could use some of it :)
no not every guy is a douche bag. if he loves you then he shouldnt care about how you look. so if he judges you on how you look then that pretty much tells you he cant love you for you and not how you look.
