When should I tell my mom I want to be a singer?

I love to sing and I don`t want to tell my mom. What should I do? Any Advice?

Be honest with her she will probably want you to follow your dreams. P.S When I told my mom that I want to be a horsebackrider she wanted me to follow my dreams.

It’s you’re passion, instead of actually telling her, if you recorded any songs, why not play them for her and once one of the tracks is finished playing, tell her what you want to be, if she respects your goal, she’ll support you.

I say just tell her. tell her “Mom. we need to have a heart to heart discussion.” it may freak her out at first but just tell her that you love to sing and thats what you want to persue in life. im sure she will understand. good luck!
