I think you should because it will give him a bit more room for him to push his finger in and out of you. But, only do what you feel is comfortable.

yes babe he can just put his hands down your trousers into your pants and finger you so he doesnt need to see anything :)

do you mean he has to finger you through the pants? or do you mean do you need them off. because tbh he can just put his hand down your pants and do it, may be awkward for him but least he doesnt need to see anything ;) :L
