When do I tell him I still love him?

I have liked this guy for a while and I didnt tell anyone that I liked him…but my friend lets call her Kim..started to like him and he started to like her and then he stopped liking her so I was being a good friend and got his # from her to talk to about him..and I didnt mean for this to happen..but he started to like me and then on the 17th of Jan, he asked me out and I said yes…so we started dating and I told him I am in love with him..and he told me hes in love with me too =] sigh…then like 3 weeks later we had this stupid stupid stupid fight…it was all my fualt tho so he dumped me on feb. 7…he told me he still wants to b friends and at first I was soo upset…because you know I luved him and I thot we had sumthing you know? but no so he dumped me and I cried that night..and in school for like 10 min. I was crying in home room…and then I “got over” it..kinda ok not at all..but I couldnt stand not talking to him..and I see him everyday soo it felt weird..and he started talking to me again..and 2day I rilly wanted to tell him that I still love him and I just want him to know…but I dont know if I should and im so sorry this is soo long =[ im only 14..but I was sure..and I AM sure I still am in love with him =[ luv sux..help please
