Not nessiccarily. You can develop your voice if you aren’t a natural singer. You should sing through as many scales as you can, starting with the lowest going to the highest. Plus, to make it easier, you can say “1” instead of “do” and “2” for “re” and so on, if you don’t know do re mi fa so la ti do. Once you are pretty good, you should be able to sing three to four of them.
