What would happen if I was bitten by the british adder?

Hi I went out last year to take photos of the british adder but was bite and the snake injected the venom before I could take any as I was handleing it and had to antivenom but im ready to go back out there and take them photos and handle them but could I die if I get bit again please answer if you know what you are talking about because I have a six month old baby boy and wish to see him grow up and follow in my foot steps

changed my mind…yes you should go out again, def. And if you are concerned about the increased possibility of death from a second bite, I would think you would consult a herpetologist or physician specializing in snake bites…not a funadvice site.

If a physician has told you that another bite by this type of snake could cause you to die…then why would you even consider it? Your child deserves a father who puts his family first.
