I’d say a combination of options C and E.

Option A is creepy.

Option B and F can make her think that you don’t like her.

Option D will make it so that she most likely won’t notice you.

So, if you like her, your best bet would be to sit by her and engage in a conversation. Asking for a pen is an okay conversation opener. :)

C, I’d get to know her but I wont act like a creep doing so
