what will happen with developments of the boob?

I have a lil sister and she has started to develop breast or lumps from puberty you know what I mean deal is she gets these tiny bras and wears them to make it look like she has boobs will that effect the breast growth and if worn too tight ??? helppp

no it wont just tight bras mean rashes and uncomfortable
