What type of sweets is good for diet?

I’m 14 and im 5’5 I weight about 155 pounds I’m over weight,no much just a puge in my stomc and huge thighs lol, I have a short tourso thats dose not even help either. I’m trying my best to stay on a diet but I’ts harder then you know. I have a serious sweet tooth. I crave chocolate a lot and it’s my weekness what sweets other then fruit is good to eat when your on a diet??? I wanna be thick but small waist and tummy!!

If you eat a little dark chocolate, it is a lot more rich so you won’t want to eat as much of it.

Also, the chocolate frozen yogurt is a good idea. Even the fat free stuff is REEEALLY good.

If you’re looking to have a small waist, yoga is a really good option too. It’s super easy and if you just do the ones geared towards stomach toning, you’ll still be curvy, but toned. Try the forearm plank and leg lift pose. It’s super easy and literally takes like a minute to do, twice a day and you’ll get a really hot stomach. I have a really short torso and had a pudge too and I did yoga for a month and a half and ate healthy and I can already feel abs coming.

Also, way to have healthy body image. I’m glad you’re not trying to be super skinny or something. It’s way better to be healthy and hot, than scrawny and sickly looking.

It doesn’t matter. Once you come off your diet you’ll go right back where you are now. If you want to lose weight, you need to permanently change your eating habits rather than “go on a diet”. Sugar addiction is hard to overcome, but like any addiction, the best way to attack it is by slowly reducing. Cold turkey hardly ever works.

Do you drink sugary soft drinks? If so, switch to half diet half regular for a month or so. Then switch to all diet for a month or so. Then switch to unsweetened iced tea. You love chocolate right? So do I. Switch to higher end dark chocolate. It has much less sugar. Also cut down on how much you have. You don’t have to totally give it up, but just make it a small treat every so often rather than a daily chocolate buffet.

The less sugar you eat, the less sugar you will crave. You will eventually get to the point where the thought of super sugary foods will be repulsive to you.

ummm no sweets is good for a diet… but frozen yogurt is pretty good,,, low in calories too… and chocolate frozen yogurt…OMGGG I like it more than chocolate ice cream :) just try to cut down on how much you eat it tho… its really addicting
