What treatments are there for degenerative disks?

I’ve have been diagnosed with degenerative disks in my lower back. When I asked my doctor what I could do for it, he told me there was nothing he could do. So someone please help me out and tell me if there are any treatments out there.

no there really isnt. I have the same problem. had it bout a year now and has gotten better. you just gotta do some mild excercises to strenghten your back muscles is all.
