What to wear to an outdoor concert?

Ok I am going to sound a bit dumb and naive here…my boyfriend is taking me to a festival call Good Vibrations (in Perth, Australia) next week. I have never been to any kind of concert/festival/gig/rave whatever you want to call them. Yes I am a bit lame but have just never been. So anyway, it will be on a Sunday ALL day til late at night. We are in the middle of summer here. What do I wear??? I thought at first I would dress how I would normally to go clubbing but just wear flat shoes…but I don’t want to look like a clueless fool who clearly had no idea what girls normally wear to such things…any help is appreciated, thanks :)

I have put some clothes together that I may wear to the concert - see photo :)

Honesty - cute jeans a dressy looking top. You want to be comfortable and you dont want to look too dressed up.

Well, summer + crowd + music = SWEAT SWEAT SWEAT & LOTS OF SWEAT!!!

-avoid foundation & too much eyeliner, you dont want it all melting ;-) -maybe shorts & ballerina shorts, comfy & sexy -and a sleeveless not too fancy, not too sporty top =] it might be a good idea to have your hair up -try not carrying a purse, maybe one of those bags that go from your left shoulder to your right hip, so you wont have to carry it around, just wear it =]
