What to wear over a big bust?

Hi, I’m 15 and I have 34 DD bra size. I’ve come to accept that this is the way my body is proportioned, but I need to embrace it by developing a style. What should I wear that will look good? I need stuff that’s going to fit over my bust and my smaller waist. I don’t like showing off too much cleavage. And my biggest problem is formal dresses. It’s hard to find any that fit right on all parts of my body and don’t reveal too much. Does anyone know a good place to shop for cheapish formal dresses that’ll look good on me?

I am a 36 ddd. I find that v neck shirts with a tank underneath look good. For dresses I like strap less because it goes around my whole bust and I can pul it up and use double sided tape to make the fabric not slip.
