What can I do about body aches when I'm sick?

What do you take or do when you’re sick and your whole body hurts? (it says I need more information so im writing this.)

Drink something with paracetamol and ibuprofen in it. It helps for the body ache and fever your might be experiencing when sick.

Well of course, you can try soaking in a hot bath :) Also if like your muscles ache and stuff you can get a muscle cream called “theragesic” I forgot how to spell it completely, but it really really works. it smells like pepperment and it tingles at first and then it heats to your muscles. it really works. hope this helps :)
