What to do

I have a high pitched sound in my head and no one can hear it but me and I always faint and go dizzy pretty often and im worried because I do standard grade pe and were about to start trampolining and im scared all pass out or go dizzy when im in the air and fall. Is there anything I can do to stop it ?? Help :(
