Sex changes a relationship. Once you do that, you can never go back and things will never be the same again where you and your sex partner’s relationship is concerned. Truthfully, recreational sex just leaves you feeling empty inside afterwards. You can tell your friends that you understand that sex is better when you really have feelings for someone, or when you truly love someone, and that’s what you’re waiting for. And until then, you can tell them that you do just fine “on your own,” if you know what I mean. Or you can always give your friends the line about STDs. Sex can be great but it’s not worth dying for. Another good line is to tell them that when you have sex with someone, you end up having sex with everyone that they’ve had sex with, male AND female. That’ll definitely give them something to think about.
