What should I do to stop keening on food?

the thing is that I have a capacity to put on calories when I eat..and..I only get fascinated by food that has a huge amount of fat..I need help in controlling my diet and trying to hate food..I cant say m fat..but I am a little fleshy on my tummy..n I want to get rid of it..can anyone help me start eating healthy and loose weight asap..

what I did was just do NOT eat when you’re not hungry. it actually helps a lot. usually people eat when they see something good but dont eat it if you’re not hungry. trust me it works. my mom’s lost almost 30 pounds ths year by just doing that. now if you do that and eat less calories you’ll lose more weight if that’s what you want.

One of your goals shouldn’t be to try and hate food, you’ll only end up doing the complete oppisite or ending up with an eating disorder.
