What Should I Do please Help!!

Hey I am kinda im a really confused situtation. Okay I was dating this one guy about a year ago. It ended a few months later. My bff told him that I wanted to break up and it was true early but then I changed my mind. After that night thst she told him, I tried calling him and leaving messages. He didnt call me back or anything. So I just continued on with my life like nothing was wrong. A few days ago he gets my myspace adress and messages me saying he’s sorry for hurting me. Later that night we continued to talk and say that he still liked me a lot. The other day my bff told me that I’m the only thing he talks about. The only problem is I dont know if I like him back. He is sweet and everything but he isnt exacly cute or anything. I tink thats what is making me say no. Should I say I like him or just stay friends? Or is there a way I can tell him, without seeming like a bitch or hurting him, that he needs to improve himself? please help me ASAP!!

Tell him in a nice way…he needs to step up his game. Some guys need to hear that often, some not so often. Sounds like he needs to hear it. A lot.
