What should I do if my teachers refuse to give me extra credit?

Okay so I have been falling behind in my grades and im in honors and if you get two C’s you get kicked out of honors so right now I have two C’s and I wanted to ask my teacers for extra credit and one of them refuse to give me the extra credit assignments! Can they even do that? And if they cant what should I do about it?

Extra credit is not allowed no more due to the MCPS. I don’t know about other schools, but, just redo somthin’, or ask her to give out some more assignments to the whole class
