What should I do if I rejected a kid that really likes me? HELP?

I have seen a few vids on the net with men proposing to their girlfriends on public shows, before a basketball match and so on… however their girlfriend then ran out of the camera view, most likely cause they were embarrassed cause they weren’t ready for a marriage…

Well I know this isn’t a marriage, but I could imagin that the feeling is similar. Nobody wish to hurt someone they don’t have feelings for, and it’s a burden that’s many times harder or just as hard to carry as the burden one have to carry when being rejected. You shouldn’t let it bring you down, or feel bad just because you’re being true to your feelings… how can you go out with someone you do not have feelings for?… do you think you would have been happier if you told him you wanted to go out with him? of cause you wouldn’t… you would feel troubled and sad cause you wouldn’t know how to get out of it again, without hurting him also…

If he has the guts to ask you out in person, then he should’ve prepared that he might not get the reply he was hoping for… a “yes or no” question usually comes either positively or negatively and if he didn’t wanted to be rejected then he shouldn’t have asked you… coming up front to you must mean that he were prepared for both. Of cause it hurts to be rejected, and you can’t really plan it out to act natural. So it’s natural for him to be depressed, but he’ll get over it.

and so should you, get over it and don’t feel like you are to blame.
