What should I do if I get rejected by a guy I did something with ?

So, the other day I met this guy & We had like a two night thing. He did some sexual things to me, but I refused to give him any. I was so worked up thinking we were going to be something & He texted my closest friend telling her to hook him up with another one of my friends & He told her that what me and him did was never anything because he had no type of feelings towards me, He said he was basically using me. But before this night, He was all up on me. Telling everyone to hook us up. & Our chemistry was crazy. I left my glasses and stuff at his house & With him rejecting me is making me feel a little insecure too. I don’t know what to do… About him, my insecurity, & my stuff at his house.. HELP! please. :/

Well my dear, go to his house, get your stuff and then tell him how you feel and don’t let him make you feel bad! having one night or two night stands isn’t the best thing and some guys are not to be trusted so be careful in the future!!!
