What should I do I like a guy we are friends, but both shy?

A guy from the same town is really nice and we are buds, and I like him sooo much, we now sit next to each other in class, but he is also next to a big threat “the princess” as she calls herself and she likes him too. My bff and I played t or d over web cam with him and his friend, and we asked who he likes the most of all girls, and he said me…but I know he is too shy to ask anyone out and I don’t know if he was telling the truth about liking me what do I do??? And im too shy to ask him out or that what do I do???

Dont worry about this other girl, be confident with yourself he obviously has some interest. If your too shy to just say it just start small, slowly drop hints and start acting more as a flirt then a friend…he will begin to realize and maybe that will help him get the courage he needs.
