what should I do? and what could I have? help me!?

ok. so im 15 and I do allstar cheer and whenever I compete I throw up and I notice my heart rate goes really fast. so last night this happened..but I wasn’t cheering. I snuck out with my boyfriend..which makes me kinda nervous so I guess that’s why my heart rate was so fast. so we were lying in his bed watching a movie when all of a sudden I felt like I had to throw up! I ran to the bathroom and threw up! I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life!! but he’s a really nice guy so he was like oh no don’t worry about it. but now I cant stop thinking about it and how embarrassed I am. so I have two questions..whats wrong with me? (why do I throw up when my heart rate goes super fast?) and what should I do about the whole situation? (throwing up at my boyfriend’s house?!)

you may have a neRvous disorder. THE SAME THING USED O HAPPEN TO ME when I was in cheerleading.go to a docter

you just get really nervous and it triggers something in you that gets you really freaked out and makes your stomach churn. this happens to me with pain though when im in any sort of pain or see blood I get really dizzy my heart pumps like its going to fly out of my chest and I almost throw up. its best to lay down close your eyes and take long deep breaths and tell yourself youre fine because you are most likely having a panic attack. if it continues to happen you should go to the doctor. and about your boyfriend he seems chill dont worry about that its nothing to get worked up about
