Don’t ask him if he likes you. Don’t try to make him say he likes you. Don’t expect him to say it at all (even if he does like you a lot). Just be happy with how he treats you, not what he says.

As for getting him to kiss you … start reeeally slow. Touch the back of his hand. Touch his elbow. Rub your shoulder against his. Smile when you see him looking at you. These are all signals to him. No pressure signals. If he reacts in a good way (sends you signals back) then you can get closer and send more signals etc. Make sure he is sending you signals back. That’s how girls do it without pressure. Actually that’s how boys should do it too.
