Unless you went to court to get full custody without visitation, then he can legally see her.

However, if there is no court order in place that states he is allowed to see her, you don’t exactly have to make it easy for him.

as in you guys are seperated? honestly if he really wants to see her, then yes, he helped make that baby but if he doesnt then… be the best mom you can be to your baby.
