What should I do for my girlfriend's birthday present?

So in a week its my girlfriends birthday. Had a great idea for a present. Sing her the song I wrote (I learned how to play guitar just to do this.) The song has been done, but I am having a lot of trouble making the music…I am pretty sure that it wont be done by December 13 mainly because of school…Its the end of the semester and I am overloaded with work…I bought a couple things she wanted a hoody and a hat…and I was so excited to get to play the sing the song because I had it all planned out and I knew she’d be so happy but I wont be able to do it now…I’m so bummed about it and I dont know what to do for her birthday now…

Try just using 2 chords for the song. A lot of love songs only use 2 chords. It’s fast, easy and it’ll sound good. Thats what I do on the piano if I don’t have time to write out all the music. 2 chords and maybe some transition notes and you have a song your girlfriend will love, my friend.
