depending on your weight there is a certain amout of calories you are alowed to have in a day. i forgot how to do this but if you caculate your body weight with something and with what ever number you get you start from there. if you want to lose weight eat less than that number to mantain your weight eat around that number to gain eat more. remember calories not carbs; here search the web for this math mathmatical formula if i remember next time im in health class i will ask my teacher for the formula (but dont count on it) if you cant find it you will get health in 8th or 9th grade and they will tell you all about how much you should weigh and how to count calories!!!
There is no average weight. Your ideal weight depends on your age, muscle mass, bone structure. You could use a BMI chart, but it’s not reccommended for those under 20 or over 65. The best thing to do is keep up an active, healthy lifestyle and not worry too much about weight. Besides, if you have a muscular build, you could wear a size 6, but weight more than a girl who wears a size 8 because muscle weights more than fat, but takes up less space. However, if you’re really desperate, talk to your doctor, he or she will be able to accurately tell you your ideal weight. Peace!
