Just calm down. Realize that he is in college and everyone changes a little bit when they go to college, whether you know it or not (and no one tell me otherwise…just bc YOU don’t see the change, doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen). My friend got bells palsy while she was pregnant and it still hasn’t gone away…she’s had it for almost two years. That alone is a very stressful thing. He probably just doesn’t know how to handle it. You need to ask him to dinner one night, and sit him down and talk about your relationship. See if he really wants to stay in the relationship or if he feels like it is going nowhere. I know that isn’t an easy thing to do, but it might be the best thing to do. If he doesn’t feel like it is going anywhere, it may be best that you break up. Just an idea.

Just calm down. Let him take his own course of getting it all out. He’ll eventually come back to you, apologize, and it’ll be fine again. He’s probably spending time with his best friend because he can open up to more around him. I understand you two have been dating for awhile, but sometimes what people just need is their friends to tell things to. Then eventually once the dust settles he’ll tell you, and get it all out.

Just let him have his time, I’m sure things will come around. :)
