What's this Jamaican prison schooling place called?

I was talking with my Winter Sports date the other day. He’s a 17 year old sophomore. The reason for this was because he was sent away to a place in Jamaica as an eighth grader. They forgot to send his transcripts, so he had to repeat the eighth grade when he returned here. He said this place was pretty much like a prison. He was sent there because he was a super bad child. I never got the chance to ask him what kind of stuff he did though. It worked, because he is definately one of the nicest/sweetest/funniest guys I’ve ever met. This place he was send to was in a city there I’ve never heard of. Now I’m curious about everything. Life’s so busy lately so I don’t have much time to talk to him and ask about this. So does anybody know anything about a “prison” schooling place in Jamaica?? Do you know the name of this place??

I think he may have been referring to a place called Tranquility Bay. http://www.tranquilitybay.org/
