What's the best way to tell whether a person is lying?

-They avoid eye contact -The seem nervous -They are sweating -They are playing with their hands or hair or some other object while talking to you (fidgeting) -Their pupils dialate -They go way to far into explanation when all you needed was a few scenetences to say what they were going to say.

if they cant look you straight in the eyes that probaly means theyre lying. or itll show on there face. plus if you look at their eyes and their pupils are dialating. its usally all in the face to tell weather or not theyre lying

the best way a to know a person is lying is they will not look you in the face,or will move a body part such as there leg very fast.I’ve become an expert at this.its easy to tell,If a man swallows deeply before he/she answers you/or try reading your GUT FEELING.If you have a doubt.then there Lying

What everybody said above me is true, for most people, but me for example, I can lie without showing any of those signs. So you can never know if someone is telling the truth 100%
