What's something I can do to get backstage at a lil wayne concert?

I know hes in jail. but when he gets out I wanna go to a concert for my 16th birthday. do I have to pay 100 a year and be in the fan club to get backstage? or can I just buy a backstage pass? please explain. I <3 li wayne so much biggest fan ever im even writing to him in jail. also whats the diff between front row seats and VIP tickets? can ui give me all estimated prices please xxoxoxoxoxoxo
