What's she trying to say

Yesterday me and my crush and I really connected. We both totally disregarded our class work and talked for the whole hour and a half. Then we started talking about her beach house and how she wanted to see if she could bring a boy there this year and that whoever it was she would get her parents to let her have the master bedroom so that lucky guy could sleep in the same bed with her. I don’t know but I found this weird for someone to say to another person. Does this mean anything? oh btw this is totally irrelevant but I rreallly started liking her after we got on the topics of beaches b/c she loves the beach as much as I do:)
