What languages are in your music library?

I only speak two languages, but my wife speaks three, and when you include close friends, the number climbs to more than a half dozen. So we have five different languages in our music playlist that we hear regularly. Do you listen to music in more languages than you speak, or just in languages you understand?

I’m an American so my 1st language is English. But I also know Spanish, Finnish and want to learn German. As for music, some of the bands I like are from these countries -

America Germany some sing in only German, others translate to English Finland some sing in only Finnish, other tanslate to English Canada all English Wales all English

So the languages in the music I listen to are English, German and Finnish for the most part.

More languages than I speak. I speak a little spanish and I’m learning Japanese, and I know some words in Mandarin and Cantonese, but I have Japanese, English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Mongolian, Hindi, Arabic, and some Island dialect songs…I don’t remember the name. I can sing to all of them, but I don’t know what they’re saying.

I understand about 6 languages, but I dont like music in all those languages, I do however have music in a language I’m not entirely fluent in and a language I dont understand…

in total - english, swahilli, hindi, spanish, french, urdu

More than I know! I dont know German,but I listen to German music. 1th place for me is English,I also write English songs. 2nd is Armenian By the way I dont like songs in Russian,they seems like s h I t !

I do. My mom is from india so I hear that music all the time. Its kinda forced on me, because I dont really care, I am American lol but yeah I listen to whatever language they are singing in lol
