What is wrong with my stupid phone?

I have a telus samsung r500 cellphone. It wont let me send or recieve any texts cause it is saying ‘ memory full ‘. Thing is I was just talking to the technical support team & they said to reset everything on my phone.. Everything got deleted and its still not working. What is wrong with my phoneee?!

Thanks everyone. But I called them again and they said nothing worked. They said I have to a local telus store and they have to do something with my sin card. God, lol.

Erase ALL data on it and try that. Then, if that don’t work, reboot it. If that don’t work, then pull out the battery and leave it out for ~2 hours. This does work, and, in fact, if any electronic of mine, thats the first thing I try.

make sure you have deleted everything in your meesages then turn it on and off for a bitt,, or get a memery card

either turn your phone on and off a couple times, and reset it, or break it and get a new one ?
