What is this itch in my throat?

Everytime I run or do some physical activity of such nature for an extended period of time, I get breathless, my chest tightens. But the weird thing is that I get this feeling that something like a small piece of hair is in my throat. And it makes me cough but it usually doesn’t go away until the next day. Anyone know what this is? What+ong with me?

It happens to me too. But that’s because I suffer from asthma. Make sure you go to the doctors to see if you have asthma, you can be putting yourself in danger when doing physical activities without using an inhaler
