What is this game, Bokura wa Minna Koi wo Suru?

Okay, so I have found this really cute game (from what I have seen) called Bokura wa Minna Koi wo Suru. And I have a few questions about it. What does the title mean? Is it a computer game? Whats the game about (like the story)? I have to download it to play it right? And, is there an english translation to it?

it’s a BL eroge I havem’t played it so I still don’t know the story and the only thing I know is that the two main characters (the twins) are heaven and hell,yin and yang,red and blue…(you get the idea) but it has a freaking large fandom at youtube…(just look here) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1ApUwyQtMk CGs available here… http://www.giantbomb.com/bokura-wa-minna-koi-wo-suru/61-27458/ and as for the download site you can just google it The title means “Let’s all fall in love!” or something like that- it’s in french hope it helps
