what is the name of that piercing???

it has been put on people’s lower backs, its not a dermal, its slightly less permanent because it doesn’t have to be taken out by surgery… they punch it in.. looks like a dermal from the outside but its not and its kinda new… I can’t remember than name of it for the life of me…
