What is the law that protects a person from a union organizer

What is the law that protects a person from a union organizer they don’t want to join?

I assume you are from Michigan. In Michigan if the employees vote to unionize and you work there you have to join the union. Many people in Michigan do resent this because they either want the benefits of belonging to a union without paying for it or they don’t feel like their union is doing a good job for them.

Texas is a “right to work” state which means nobody has to join a union. Of course here unions are so weak that employers can screw employees around with impunity.
