What is the easiest way for me to get the black out of my hair?

What is the easiest way for me to get the black out of my hair? I want to go chestnut/a light light reddish/blondish color but the black in my hair is like impossible to get out. -.-

NO! Do NOT bleach it! Bleach will fry it and turn it orange and cause breakage. Use a hair stripper. Most are very gental and conditioning. They sell them for less than 10 dollars at many stores. I prefer the brands at sallys but walgreens has color opps which is good also. It will make your hair a base color. Like and orange or blonde. Then after it dries you can use the color you want on your hair. To eliminate brassyness use a no brass or no red packet. Since you want a little red only use a bit of it, not the whole packet.
