with a needle they can pretty much pierce anywhere on the ear.. gun can only do so much and they make you jump. Using the gun can cause keloids which are the excess growth of scar tissue at the site of a healed skin injury.

Samstover303 - Clairs cant pierce alll the way up on your cartlige they can only go liek half ish way up, as said before Clair uses a GUN which is reallyyy bad to use on cartlige

THE best way to get your cartlige pierced is to do it at a tattoo-piercing parlor with a NEEDLE do NOT use a gun it could shatter your cartlige, and not heal properly, est. =]

I went to Claires . Its a girls jewelry store . They use this thing , kinda like a peircing gun , only the squeeze it by hand . Its like 2 seconds long , and then its done .
