What is the best concealer ?
I have dark circles under my eyes all the time, even when I’m not tired. I have tried all kinds of cream but I haven’t find the best concealer yet. Any ideas?
Mayballene has the best concealers. =)
I’ve noticed that cream concealers don’t work that well for dark circles. For me it mostly just smudges. I recommend getting a mineral one like Loreal’s mineral concealor. Works great to cover up under the eyes
