What;Is it possible I gave myself a concussion?

Okayy,so yesterday day in gym we were playing a game called pickle ball, its very you hit a small woofle ball across a 2foot high net, using a hard plastic racket, with about 12 2centimeter holes in it. I was getting ready to hit a ball near my head, and was putting a lot of force into this swing, and missed and hit my head,which made me fall. I’ve had continuous headaches since, and have a huge bump on my head now. It still hurts, and this happened yesterday morning. Is it possible I gave myself a concussion by hitting myself in the head?

Yeah maybe, you should see the school nurse just to make sure as it could leave you with damage.
