What is it like to be in the marines?

I am 17 and yeah ima girl and im thnkin bout joinin the marines but I am not really 100% sure rite now and I was wondrin if anybdy was in or is in the marines or really any part of the military just tell me a lil bit bout how it is and what kind of thngs I would b doin and thngs I would b doin in bootcamp stuff like that thnx 4 any help

Good luck,you will be joing the best.You will have to put up with a lot of crap.But there is a good reason for it.You will find out after you finish basic.

all the men in my family have been in the marines.. I have been to the bootcamp (im 17 and a female as well) well anyhow its difficult to go through training. a lot of yelling a lot of discipline. You need to make sure your mentaly ready for the marines because they dont take any sh*t

When you join collage they give you an option to this and you will be called when needed… try researching about it around your area GOOD LUCK:)

yeah I have sumwat of an idea what the bootcamp is like because I went 2 a bootcamp 1 time because my dad sent me there because of my attitude and anger problem it wasnt a marines bootcamp tho but it was prtty intense and a lot of yellin and doin lots of push ups lol I kinda mostly want 2 no what its like tho actually going 2 combat and stuff like that and thnx 4 you guys help
