Well you can start eating the quorn varity Soy mince Linda Mccartney They taste really nice. And just to ask are you still gonna eat fish?? If so it will make it much easier. Take baby steps into vegetarianism. Don’t go full out no meat. Start small and start to eat the meat substitues because they really do taste like meat!!

You can get so much for vegetarians now. Including burgers, sausages, quorn chicken style peices (good for currys), or fillets. You can also use quorn or soy mince to make things like lasange or spag bol. have a look at the quorn range online

http://www.quorn.co.uk/Our-Range/ (theres ideas for recepies on the site too)

Hope this helps

well if I were you I would probally make a list of all of the things I actually would eat, then cross out the things that dont follow the vegitarian code thing…then follow it! and btw…soy burgers are not bad at all and niether is tofu..im not sure if you would like it but give it a try! :)

Soy milk I prefer over regular milk for the reason that regular milk makes me feel a little sick after a glass. If you want to know how it tastes, try it yourself (And you don’t have to give up milk to be a vegetarian, just so you know) Some fake meat tastes just awful to me and I tend to avoid it, but I’ve had some good vegiburgers. I’ve personally never had a problem with it, there’s more variety then you think. If you’re going to do it though, do it in a healthy way. You’re going to be missing a lot of essential vitamins out of your diet if you don’t find things to replace the meat that you’re lacking. If you can’t do that, don’t be a vegetarian, because it’s not worth your life to save a few animals.
