What is freestyle for dogs?

I know about all the other dog sports like agility, flyball, track etc..but what is freestyle and what do dogs do when they compete in it?

It is literally teaching your dog to ‘dance’ with you…it’s so very cool to watch, a BC would do great at it, because they are so athletic and smart…
